Sorry, ladies, Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson is doing very well.
They are still a lot together, in fact, that A-list duo are making a permanent move into your attic 2 million dollars on the upper East Side.
So what about those rumors of a rift between Scar-Jo and Reynolds?
"People have been saying they are on the rocks because they have not been seen together recently, but that's only because both are busy working," insists a source close to the beauty of Broadway, adding that the two have agreed to be private about their relationship since it began in April 2007.
"She has been doing up to eight times a week on Broadway, and has been filming 'Green Lantern' in New Orleans. It's been hard, but they are doing through it."
The insider adds that although the couple married in 4.5 million U.S. dollars at home in LA is, in effect on the market, it is because they want to make a permanent move to the Big Apple.
"Scarlett is close to her sister, Vanessa, who lives in Chelsea, and she wants to live full time in the city," continues the source. This column reported that Ryan flew in from New Orleans for Vanessa's engagement party two weekends ago to be with Scar-Jo.
Although Reynolds is back in New Orleans, we hear they're still doing well. In fact, Miss Johansson was beaming at the Rose Bar on Monday night, where he discovered the great friend of Drew Barrymore in a Private Show Rufus Wainwright.
"They were laughing and having fun at the bar," says a spy partygoing, confirming that Johansson was wearing his sparkler. The two then sat down Indian style on the floor to hear Wainwright play.
"Later, they sat in a back corner, and seemed to talk a lot as a child," said the spy in the Gramercy Park Hotel, adding that the couple mingled with the likes of Zachary Quinto, Lucy Liu and Penn Badgley.
