Delsy Syamsumar (born May 7, 1935 - died July 7, 2001 at age 66 years) was a painter "neoclassical" comes from Indonesia Puar River, West Sumatra. This painter had painted it showed talent since the age of 5 years. In the revolutionary war his family chose to stay in Bukittinggi.
